Features
ROUGEX EXTRA ® is a concentrated solution of potassium base with L-α-amino acids, which ensures more rapid absorption and efficacy. The product can be applied in a foliar spray or through irrigation system in Pepper and Tomato to accelerate the coloration process of the fruits and to increase sugar content.
Potassium is one of the most important elements in the nutrition of plants, as is involved in the accumulation of carbohydrates and fats in the fruit, as well as in the processes of perspiration, movement of water in the plant and in the regulation the opening and closing of stomata.
Potassium is essential for crops as it takes part in the plants water regulation mechanism and in the development of proteins, being the agent responsible for the breakdown of carbohydrates into starch and cellulose.
